Very friendly staff, made sure I knew if I needed anything to give them a call. Very clean. I was so happy on how clean it is. My husband an exterminator was very happy with the conditions. He can get real fussy.

We have family around town so we’re frequent guests here. It’s typically very good. My only complaint, this time, was the 22 minutes it took for some to show up or answer the phone at the front desk to check-in.

This was my third consecutive stay there & I refuse to stay elsewhere (while visiting my brother). The cleaning staff busts their butts, the front desk staff are professionals, and the breakfast is always warm & ready.

I have had satisfactory stays at this location before. It is adequate and somewhat reasonably priced. I was VERY disappointed to learn their pool and hot tub were closed permanently. This should have been something we were notified in advance about. Notification up on check in is too late. Thankfully I had upgraded my room to a whirlpool suite so we at least had that.

My room in the hotel was clean and comfortable. Victor was working at the desk the whole time I was there. He was prompt to help whenever I needed something.
