The bed was very very very firm. Room was clean, no frills but a clean place to sleep. The pillows were folded up in such a way that they looked like throw pillows on the bed so you have to fluff them out. The walls are kinda thin, you can hear your neighbor cough. But that’s expected. Check in was fast and easy. I came in late at night and had no problems getting checked in and in my room within 10 minutes. I did not use any of the listed amenities, or eat breakfast so ignore the food rating.
