The smell of the entire hotel was rank and induced a feeling of nausea. The room was about a 0 star. Dirty and torn carpeting. Missing lamp on side of bed. Cable management behind TV was unbelievable messy. No room service next day with fresh towels and general cleaning of trash cans, more coffee pods etc. No coffee pods at all, but had coffee maker in room, just the sugar packs. Ice bucket was half full of old dirty water. I would never stay there again and would encourage others to avoid. Overall just filthy.

The place is convenient for me to take a break from a long time and next day was to finish up. Bed was very comfortable and I slept good. Breakfast was ok. I love walking over to Turkey Hill!

可以提前入住。员工热情友好，效率高。早餐需要改进。早餐质量不太好，所以不得不去别处吃早餐。房间和员工都达到四星标准，但早餐只有一星。
我们从南卡罗来纳州前往罗切斯特，发现了这个地方。交通便利，住起来非常舒适。旁边就是加油站。这真是一大亮点。早餐还不错。总的来说，我们没什么可抱怨的。
我非常失望，他们给我安排了一间无障碍客房，而且因为我是通过*******预订的，所以他们无法更改。我是一名牧师，我的讲道袍挂不住。早餐的选择也很有限。
卧室和走廊的地毯上满是污渍，看起来很久没清洗了。浴室的地板也不太干净。
房间就在大堂旁边，凌晨很吵。此外，隔壁房间的人凌晨 3 点回家，说话声音很大
房间里弥漫着一股烟味和霉味。空调坏了。床单又粗糙又扎人。凌晨1点左右，他们把我们房间的钥匙给了一个陌生人！
