The room had a lot of stains. The wall in the bathroom was cracked open. The tub was stained. I came back night one and it reeked of cigarette smoke from someone smoking in another room-not even on my floor. I Was worried I would smell at my meeting the next day. The phone did not work. The elevator kept getting stuck. IF this wasn’t next to where I need to go I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived we were told they didn’t have the room we paid for. We were not notified beforehand, and that’s why I’m really upset. If we were told, we would have booked somewhere else. But we arrived, were told, and we had no choice but to stay there in a lower grade room.
We were offered 2 bottled beverages as a courtesy for the inconvenience….

可以提前入住。员工热情友好，效率高。早餐需要改进。早餐质量不太好，所以不得不去别处吃早餐。房间和员工都达到四星标准，但早餐只有一星。
