The room i rented was not what we got and it was not ready to check into until 10 pm that night.
I wals told that room should not have been rented out.
I was supposed to have a king suite but ended up with a queen room that was not very appealing.
When i went to the desk i was told that was allbthey had and what did i want them to do about it.
The lady at the desk said they would put 5,000 points on our Wyndham account so that basically we would get a free room the next time we booked. Not one point was ever added. I paid $148 for a room that was not ready to check into until 10pm (ck in is 3pm) and was not the room i anticipated.
We will never book with them or refer anyone to them in the future.

酒店回复: Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience. The suite you reserved had a guest who stayed an extra night as they were in town visiting a sick relative that eventually was put on hospice. By law we cannot ask a guest to leave to accommodate a reservation. It becomes a no win situation and we do apologize. We have added the bonus points to your Wyndham Rewards account as promised since you took a king room instead of the king suite. We appreciate your understanding given the circumstances.

bathroom ceiling water damage....looking like a black mold, parking ok, staff- severely understaffed because of the festival

We have removed that and replaced. Yes, the Walnut Music Festival does present unique staffing challenges for both our business and others in the region during that timeframe. We’re very proud of our service team in the job they did during that time and I assure you this is multiple years they’ve done this and they’re very good at it. They were a bit stressed and thank you for pointing out their hard work and dedication. We are just very proud of the way they performed and the service / hospitality they provided for all of our guests. The pillows and bedding was minimal for a king size bed. Not much for breakfast. Parking lot was small with one exit.

We offer biscuits, gravy, assortment of cereals, fresh baked Belgian waffles and syrups. Assortment of fresh fruit, breads and jelly and jams, juice, milk, yoghurt and regular and decaf coffee/tea bar available 24 hours per day. We are sure there can be improvement and will reach out direct to get your suggestions. Our parking lot is a shared lot with a 200+ hotel adjacent and there are 2 entrance/exits with 1.5 spaces per guest room. We look forward to continuing to earn your business and hope to see you again on a future trip.

Do not recommend for families
The room we were given was not clean. We were taken to another room that was more clean but we were then separated from our party. Also, this is not a family friendly hotel. There were grown men lurking the halls and around the property. We did not feel safe.

Concert we can get away
The stay and all was pretty good very polite desk was missing washcloths in room got some no problem. Could have used another pillow there was only three on a king size bed. Other than that room was clean it was quiet we didn't have any disturbances. If we are back in that area we will definitely stay at the super 8.

The manager let me check in an hour early bc I was in town for a graduation the next day and we had a lot of things to do and she was amazing. The room was clean, quiet, cold ac, and was exactly what we wanted for a quick stay in town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to someone passing through town
