Everything was fine as far as the room. Checking in wasn’t great. The young man at the counter gave me keys that didn’t work. He changed my room 3 times before giving me the cards that actually worked. I hasn’t the friendliest either.

Online check- in especially wonderful when arriving in the evening. Just grabbed my key instead of filling out info/ payment/ID. Clean room, comfy bed. Fairly quiet.

Stood at counter for nearly 20 minutes while receptionist talked to someone with Wyndam regarding the computers. Room smelled stale.

Most disappointing stay. It's been a while since I stayed at any Super 8. It used to be better. The staff was helpful. Had no problem checking in. I just dropped my bags to meet up with my group of people. When I came back for the night and pulled the covers back it was not good. Dirty sheets, bugs, someone else's hair, yuck. Asked to get sheets changed which was promptly done. It was too late in the night to try and change to different accommodations. This place needs a remodel desperately. Everything is old and dirty. The lighting in the room is terrible. Unfortunately, the bad overshadow what could be good. I would not stay here again. Overpriced for what you get.

There seemed to be a lot of cut backs to save money. The guy that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The younger night auditor relieving him didn’t seem to care to help us at all. Our key cards rarely ever worked and no solutions were really given, just new keys each time and “try to swipe it really fast”. Breakfast had zero options for dietary restrictions like gluten or dairy free. At least Cheerios offer a gluten free solution. The tea bags were offered in the lobby yet no hot water to make the tea. That was odd to me. Upon check out no one came to the desk to check to see if we needed anything (we stood there a while and I could hear the manager in the office). I am a hotel manager myself. I can still hold meetings and do my work and check the front desk if guests need anything. It’s customer service and should come standard.

Pool was not working and that is a must have when I pick a hotel. Had to borrow plunger for the toilet it only flushed half way. Air conditioner work part time. Got to breakfast at 8 am but food gone next morning got there at 7 am and got some toast and sausage never saw eggs. Sorry but my husbands family is there and we come often but will try other motel or hotel next time.

I had a room with a hot tub. The hot tub was just big enough for 1 person to fit somewhat comfortably but definitely not 2 people!

They advertised that they have a pool . Even pictured one. Got from Ohio to friends house then drove an hour to hotel . We brought their daughter and our granddaughter for an overnight to swim and spend fun time together playing with their dolls in the pool. NO POOL.
