Need new furniture in the rooms very old and stained. The drain plug in my room sink didn’t work. Breakfast was very sad all the food very old and stale. Overall if they fix those couple of thing it wouldn’t be too bad. great customer service tho!!!

Room smelled, carpet was very dirty, black curly hairs on bed and in the sink, wall had something black splattered on it, toilet would not stop running. Coffee pot decanter did not fit had to "hold it up" so the coffee would drip out. WAY overpriced !!! they tried to put lipstick on a pig

The front desk person wasn't overly friendly but seemed nice enough, and the sheets were clean but thats about where the compliments end. The condition of the hotel is pretty bad. Our room had water damage on the wall from a fire sprinkler, the tub spout was coming away from the wall and water trickled all night. The tub looked kinda gross as a result, and possibly uncleanable. The whole thing felt like the previous owner (Choice Hotels) gave up on the property and new owners reopened without addressing any issues. It's the kind of hotel I would expect to pay $60 for, not $160.

Definitely need some cosmetic repairs to the rooms. breakfast was pretty much nothing no regular sugar or coffee creamer empty containers I told the guy they were empty and he just put them right back

The staff was fine but everything else was a terrible experience. We had to change rooms three times. The first room wasn’t cleaned. The second room, the A/C went out, half the electrical outlets didn’t work and the third room was subpar. The beds were uncomfortable. The hallways smelled like mildew, maybe due to the opening in the ceiling tile with a bucket to catch the water dripping from the ceiling. The “continental” breakfast consisted of cold eggs and sausage, cereal with questionable smelling milk, and toast. Our room keys were replaced too many times to count because they stopped working. Will not stay here again.

The check-in experience was my first impression and it was a great one! Sai D. Was very personable and professional. He made me feel at home. Unfortunately, there were some negatives that made me give a low rate. I will talk about the pros and cons.
Pros:
Check-in service was fantastic. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure and new multi-jetstream shower head were fantastic.
Cons:
The phone was disconnected. Perhaps because it was missing half the keys on the device, so it would be pointless to connect it. The faux leather on the chair where one sits to use the desk had about an 8-inch wide peeled off section across the top, from side to side. The rate included breakfast and all there was in the buffet was a bottle of cold milk, cereal, literally 6 slices of bread so one can toast (peanut butter and jelly, but no butter), pastries in their wrapers, the waffle iron was off, and 3 sandwich-sized mini egg omelets with 4 links (in a chafing dish that was not turned on, so they were cold). Breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30am and I assumed someone was late and tgtavthey were still setting up. When I returned an hour late, it was all exactly the same.

The photos are from a while ago, the hotel is run-down and old, the breakfast is sad, the only redeeming feature was the receptionist who was very friendly. It was very expensive for what I found.
