We understand that miscommunication can be frustrating and we try to avoid that to the best of our ability. I am not sure where the issue came in regarding the tooth brush and paste, since we have plenty. As far as the Wi-Fi code is concerned it is written on your key packet that we provide to you at the time of check-in and is clearly labeled. As for the incidentals charge, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding about the deposit and the way it was handled but once again it is stated on the third party site where you chose to book your reservation through. Your reservation was prepaid and if you look at the terms of the reservation it states that we do require a 150 hold for your room at the time of check-in. We place a hold on those funds and at the time of check-out the funds are released back to your card. It is up to your bank how fast those funds are released and they should have it in the terms and conditions that they provided to you. If you had made the reservation for 2 nights originally we would not have required the 150 twice. Every reservation that you make the hold is required and we recommend using a true credit card in lieu of a debit card. Your stay at our hotel should not have created an over draft since when you checked in you were aware of the hold that was being placed on your card at check-in. It’s definitely not the experience we want to provide, and I can see how this led to additional inconvenience.We also sincerely apologize for the confusion at check-in regarding the card and the additional deposit when you wanted to extend your stay. We hope that despite these issues, we might have another opportunity to provide a more pleasant experience for you in the future.
