Poor service

Front desk worker (Ricky) was lazy. Didnt restock anything for breakfast or clean, just sat around on his phone. He was not pleasant when we checked in. The bathrooms were in bad shape. Bed was comfy enough.

Shocked that this property passed inspection. Grout black, caulking dark brown from dirt & mold. Sink faucets leaked and were crusty with rust. Homeless next door at the gas station. We didn't even stay for breakfast. If it wasn't 10:30 pm & we'd been driving 15 hours, we would have forfeited the money & found somewhere else. ******* needs to check the properties they offer!

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Not much detail had been given to cleaning of the room or outside of the building. Room was in desperate need of paint.

Clean but in need of Repair

The check in was ok. The room was clean; however, it is only partially updated. The bed and storage were all new and comfortable, but the door trims to the bathroom, the outside door and baseboard were terrible dirty and unpainted in places. The electrical outlet by the sink was not in the wall making use questionable to unsafe.

This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed they never cleaned my room or changed my sheets. I couldn't walk in bare feet the floor was so dirty. The damage to the room was so bad I took pictures. The bathroom was as bad as it gets. I bought cleaning supplies to clean the room and air freshener because the smell of cigarette smoke. The worst place I have ever stayed

for the price of room, not a good place----dirty, old furniture, lumpy bed, breakfast was a joke, not worth the $100.00 we paid Not up to standard you expect from Choice hotels!!
