The hotel was little older then i expected for a Best Western...Could use some updates...The breakfast was definitely disappointing...But it was clean and staff friendly..

Hotel in good location, Desk staff was friendly and the room was spacious, big sink, good pressure in the shower, full service breakfast, good coffee, only thing the mattress was very firm but other than that we enjoyed our stay

The physical building is old and outdated, and the immediate surrounding area is not attractive. My room however was quite pleasant, clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly, and the breakfast was especially good. Thanks. Richard Graef

For the price, this was probably the best option. Our 1-night stay was good and really appreciate hotels doing their best being open for travelers and providing a clean room. One can see the surrounding area has gone through hard times with vacant buildings and mall. We drove about 15 mins for dinner. When we checked in about 3pm, there were barely any cars, but when we returned from dinner, the parking lot was full, which was reassuring. Overall, 4 out of 5 for value.

房间的布局设计整体还是很好的，桌子上面都有叉头可以工作。卫生情况还是比较好的。早餐也比较丰富，还有水果香蕉等。洗澡间的洗头发水和护发素都一应俱全，风筒也有。管理人员也相当勤奋，虽然一个人，但是地上干不干净，地毯干不干净，他都有观察到位。
酒店位置很好，离餐馆、商店和高速公路都很近。员工很友好。
酒店还是很干净整洁的！也提供早餐🥣！有弱，面包和水果！房间面积还是比较大的！适合商务出行或家庭旅行！
房间味道非常难闻。新房间稍微好一些。工作人员没有道歉，反而表现得好像我们疯了一样，还试图争辩说是我们自己订的房间。我礼貌地坚持要求换房，他们最终还是给我们换了。另一位男士抱怨他的淋浴坏了，但他们坚持说没问题，也没有提出要修理。总之，以后不会再住这家酒店了。
两个房间的床都很糟糕，很不舒服。

房间需要好好打扫一下。
