This property, Rodeway Inn Hotel in Cleveland Tennessee, has been absolutely fantastic! However, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Expedia's customer service, which I recently experienced regarding my long-term hotel booking.
While the hotel itself has been excellent, my interaction with your representative was absolutely horrendous. I was on hold for over an hour to address a price discrepancy, only to be met with rude, incompetent service. The representative was dismissive, unhelpful, and a massive waste of my time.
What is most concerning is the integrity of your quality assurance process. After your automated message stated that the call "may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance," your representative essentially forced me to hang up before I could take the customer satisfaction survey I had requested. This seems like a deliberate attempt to avoid receiving negative feedback.
Furthermore, your company's claim of offering the "cheapest prices" is a complete sham. After being a loyal customer for months, I discovered other guests were paying a significantly lower rate, and the coupons you provided were useless.
My frustration is directed at Expedia's deceptive business practices, from its false advertising to its poor customer service and manipulation of the feedback process. This is something that needs to be addressed. I do encourage anyone reading this, to share it! - Christin

This property requires significant renovation, as everything is outdated. Our room was dirty and dusty, with the walls covered in handprints. Fortunately, the beds appeared to be clean. However, the air conditioning kept turning off, and the area was noisy; I'm not sure if the sounds were coming from the building's structure. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room seemed to be malfunctioning. We were only there to rest for a few hours before continuing on our journey. The staff was nice.

I was sent too 3 rooms the forst 2 didnt have any bedding on the beds our last room tv didnt work at all. They say they offer breakfast but no breakfast in the morning just coffee woth no cream and sugar. The pro of this stay was ots close by wverything i needed, gas stations, stores, and my traveling destination

Walking distance to several restaurants and liquor stores. Front desk very nice easy check in. Nice comfortable very clean room nice television. Only complaint was very loud tenants outside my door in the middle of the night yelling, drunk, loud mufflers on vehicles sounded like they were racing on the street, other than that noise at night very nice hotel especially for the price.

Taking a shower was a mistake as the bathroom floor was flooded with water and lots of mold around the floor. The TV system was indecipherable and had to use, for no reason!
