The rooms was clean and pleasant. Check-in was a breeze and plenty of restaurant options nearby! They have a nice outdoor pool but the weather was very rainy during the stay but a nice option to have when whether permits. I'd come back to the hotel in the future to stay again.

So the only thing pleasant during my stay was the man that checked me in .Great guy ! The room i can't even shower in because it's gross. The place is gross. It smells, The fixtures are rusted and dirt and grim literally dripping off the walls. The towels should only be used to clean your car with . I had no clue that Cleveland has a little hood off of Paul Huff. I came here because water leak at home and yet I'm leaving here without the shower I came for and even more in need of a shower . Yuck

I had a great stay at Super 8! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get to nearby attractions. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!

I reserved on app, we were given room on the backside. There were roaches crawling across the floor when we entered. Tile floor had not been swept. Non-smoking room, but huge burns in bedding and the couch, and it was so nasty dirty that i wouldn't sit on it. The little girl at the desk was nice and moved us to a room on the front. It was better, but the floor was told and filthy. I went from the shower to the bed and had to wash my feet (see photo) because they were black before I could put my shoes on. We stay at super 8 a bunch on our motorcycle rides. This was by far the worst, nastiest, gross room we have ever paid to stay in.

The people working the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. Room very comfy and AC cold. I chose Super 8 for the box checked for hot tub, turns out it only applies to a few of the bathrooms… I assumed it would be a hot tub out by the pool. Thanks, S. Silk

Our sheets and toilet seat had burnt marks. Decor had bad scratches. The room smell like bad, bad cigarettes. The showerhead was not proper and had very high pressure water just shooting out. The AC, breakfast and staff was great and nice!

Our room was disgusting. We rented the jacuzzi room #104 for our 11th anniversary and we didn’t even stay. The faucet was broke. Hair all in the bathtub. Jacuzzi didn’t even work. Seen a roach crawling on the AC unit. The floors were so nasty and oily like they hadn’t been mopped in forever. Just completely disgusting!!!

The pillows are good and the people are friendly and the room is clean the only thing I see about the room was no coffee pot but they have coffee in the lobby and the snack machine is empty and it usually full

We reserved two rooms - 204 and 208. We didn’t actually enter 208 until we returned from a wedding, and upon doing so was met with the following: Cockroaches on EVERY SINGLE WALL, each bed, and on the floors A large area of bug feces on the sheets , and various other piece of roach shells and feces on the mattresses. 3 cockroaches coming out of the frame of the bathroom door (ALL AT THE SAME TIME) A random pill on the ground leading into the bathroom A ladies fake fingernail beside the pill False eyelashes behind the nightstand A used tissue behind one of the beds (along with the remote to the tv) We refused to stay in the room, and instead crammed 4 adults and 2 children into room 204 (even though I still found a cockroach in that room, at least it was by the door. If my in laws and children had not already been in that room all evening and were sleeping, we would have left at that time too. I requested room 208 only be refunded to us even though everyone I’ve told about our experience says I should have demanded refunds for both rooms. Even after explaining the situation, I was initially told only half of the cost of 208 would be refunded (keeping in mind the prices were already more than 3 fold higher - $158 per room, per night). I had to hound the manager multiple times over the course of the following week until I was finally offered a full refund for the room. I will say, Bill was polite and was nice to work with. I knew he didn’t have the authority to give the refund but he took my calls and discussed my concerns with the owner, Mike. In my opinion, Mike should have contacted me directly and offered a refund right away for 208 (if not both!). I would never, EVER stay here again, and I will make sure anyone I know knows the experience I had. I have sworn off Super 8 hotels in general from this experience.
