The room was clean, there was a oder i think was chemical, possible cleaning fluid.Breakfast had many options although th eggs were powdered and had no flavor. The waffles were good. There were several other option.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever visited. The staff was excellent. The only drawback was the lack of hot water. The water was warm but not as hot as I’m accustomed to. We stayed at this hotel several times and I will stay again.

In my room I had two ladybugs that I had to kill, and I flushed in the toilet, and when I looked later on that day, two more appeared. When I was getting ready for bed, I pulled back the sheets, and it looked just like blood stains as well as my pillows where stained. I immediately emailed the manager with the pics and She try to accommodate me with another room, but I left because I was disturbed. I did not want to go into the hassle of packing up my things and going to another room. I was on a business trip and I contacted a friend to see if I could stay at their house. They welcome me even though it was last minute

Great customer service from start to finish. The breakfast maid was so nice also, it’s a decent breakfast and the front desk staff check in was easy breeze.
