I liked that it had tile floor and no carpet. It did need more lights in the room, there was only one lamp.

Bed was "made," but there were hairs on the sheets; shower had hairs in the middle of the tub and odd dirt (sort of in the shape of footprints) inside the tub. When I put the TV on, it had an incessant buzz, so I couldn't use that either. Musty smell --- may have been the A/C --- I just opened the window to air out. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful --- the housekeeping / room just was lacking.

Arrived at 4:30p, check in is at 3p, room was still not ready, and when we finally got our room keys, we couldn't get into the room because the locking mechanism was malfunctioning and maintenance had to fix before we able to get in. Hotel was booked so we had no choice to wait.
我们刚入住的时候只有一部电梯坏了，现在两部都不能用了。床很舒服，但沙发和椅子坐不了几分钟就让人觉得不舒服。泳池的锁坏了，结果有家人就直接穿着泳衣下车，把这里当成了他们小区的公共泳池，而他们根本就不是住店客人。栅栏上杂草丛生，水疗中心看起来也停用了好几个月。我之所以给了两星，是因为房间内部很干净，而且员工也非常好，但他们对维修资金的花费没有决定权。我猜负责维修预算的人一定非常没有条理，而且缺乏建筑和维修技能。这个地方地理位置绝佳，潜力无限。如果维护得更好，它本可以客满盈门、生意兴隆。但看昨晚办理入住时停车场里的车数，这个地方显然经营得非常糟糕。
我真的不喜欢这家酒店...总的来说，它似乎被忽视了，在我入住期间他们也没有来打扫房间。
