Let’s start off with the good. The room was clean. That was the only good. Walking into the building and it was filthy. The elevator was filthy. The hallways were really dirty. The restaurant said it operated until 1am and it did not. The price was high and the drinks were expensive for what it was. The $120 should be $60. Not a place I would stay again.

The day front desk girl was rude. We showed up at 245. She said rooms aren’t ready come back at 3 or 330. She was too busy talking to a bus driver who took up much of the space in front of front door. The guy who worked the evening shift was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel it’s self looks like corporate owners who only wants money to come in but won’t put money into the business. The pool area had stained walls, holes in the ceiling. The pool and hot tub were clean. There were only 2 battered thin towels to dry off with and one had a huge hole in it.
Room was clean but again to save money the updates were sloppy.
It’s unfortunate, hotel would be really nice if the owners would put in effort. The attached bar was really nice and breakfast had lots of options.

Overall condition of property especially our bathroom. So so so disgusting. holes because of black mold all over ceiling tile in shower. Garbage in hallways. Floors disgusting. I can only say that staff was nice and room was cleaned well other than the permanent stains and mold.

Staff was great. Room and hotel was very dirty and had a bad smell. Carpet in hallway was wet the whole stay. Got sick after my stay. I think there’s mold in the room somewhere.

The staff and customer service was excellent. They were so accommodating to our family out of town. They helped to upgrade my sister-in-law‘s room when we needed an extra bed. Highly recommended! Staff at the bar was phenomenal.

We checked in. And then immediately checked back out and got a refund from *******. This place had dirt and trash everywhere. The elevator was so dirty and beat up. The room smelled like someone had peed on the carpet. The ceiling had immense water damage. We went to a different hotel.

We specifically booked this hotel for their pool area. My daughter was having a When we arrived, we checked in and were told the pool was closed because someone broke glass in it the night prior.

This building is a teardown. It's beyond renovation. It is dirty dark and drab. They shouldn't be charging 50 bucks a night. The pool area is disgusting. The main pool was closed. The hot tub had garbage and debris scattered around it. Carpet stained everywhere ceiling tiles stained everywhere Holes punch through the corridor walls. It's a miracle of the city of Bismarck or Mandan doesn't declare it unfit.
