Breakfast was fresh .You made your own waffles .I didn't have a pet. The bath room shower area was dirty in the sliding door area and the floor tile and molding. I reported that to a staff member.She only said ok.

The property was okay but not the cleanest. The TV was broken and the first room they gave us smelled like mold and had black bugs on the bed.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. Upon check-in, we were given dining options close by, which was very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good sausage eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and juice. The room smelled musty. In order to close the bathroom door to go to the bathroom you had to stand in the shower. The hairdryer looks like it had been left. On way too long because the cord was melted. There was rust on several of the picture frames. There was black mold, growing behind the bed. This property definitely needs some serious updating.

Upon arrival I presented my service animal I.D. To Matt.Charge me for my service animal. Bed bugs, roaches. Bathroom door won’t close due wood touching floor. Cigarettes burns in bedding. I’m received bites from something in the bed. Walls has something smeared on them.
says no monetary refund says will issue points. HELP!! Now I’m going to the hospital due to this bites on me

Room was very outdated. Not very clean. A/C not turned on in the middle of June so it took hours for the room to cool off. Other guests were very loud right outside door.
