They were in the process of doing some upgrades so it was a little noisy at the time but clean rooms at a great price and friendly staff made the difference

Just…Don’t
Bathroom had 1/4 inch of dirt and grime buildup in each corner and filth throughout the rest of the floor. Towels were stained, dirty or dingy and there was no hot water. A cockroach skittered across the sink.

Parking was fine, plenty of room right in front of our room. The ac barely worked. The staff were okay.

Great trip to Hilton Head
I felt like the owners were making improvements on an older hotel and bringing it back to life you could tell they still had some improvements they will probably make in the future but it was a great price and location would definitely go back.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I thought a big name like this would have a hotel that looks like THAT. Not only did we have to deal with all this at midnight, but we then had to find another hotel in a city we know nothing about and they refused to even give us our Money back even when we didnt stay in either room for longer than 5 minutes. Since your name is attached to this hotel, we assumed a decent level of service and cleanliness. I intend to plaster this all over every platform I possibly can and get the health department involved. All you had to do was give us our money back. That’s all. That’s all we asked for. Nothing extra. Since you wanted to play hard ball, i am going to make it my mission to get this place shut down and get whoever is responsible for this held accountable. It costs nothing to be CLEAN.
