We arrived very late, and the host responded immediately. The room was spotless, organized, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our small group—comfortable, cool, and a great place to relax. Overall, a great experience and an excellent stay in Charlotte. I would definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part but the place is definitely in need of a refresh whole place had a smell of cigarettes but was cheap staff was really professional and kind free breakfast was hot and pretty tasty.

Toilet was not thoroughly cleaned because there were numerous visible yellow spots along the toilet that wiped off with toilet paper.
