办理入住时和全天都有友好的工作人员。早餐价格合理，选择比较有限，但也足够了。步行即可到达 Carowinds。停车位充足，布局清晰，光线充足。缺点是没有电梯，我们的房间在2楼（应要求提供），所以提行李箱需要一些时间。制冰机可用，但已停止使用。走廊和房间里的地毯，以及 1 到 2 号的楼梯，看起来一点也不干净，好像几个星期没有用吸尘器打扫过一样。浴室天花板上和浴缸里都有霉菌。这是更好的清洁和更好的维护的问题。明显缺乏这一点尤其损害了酒店的整体形象（这本身当然还不错）。我不一定会再呆在这里。

Hotel advertised itself as a clean safe space near carowinds but it was nothing of the sort. Initially there being no elevator and being put on the second floor when the hotel was empty was the first red flag but no big deal. Upon entering the room we noticed the carpet was matted and nasty, the chair was ridden with stains, the bathroom toilet was crooked, urine stains on the walls, black stains on the floor of the tub, bathroom vent clogged with dust, bathroom door did not lock, showerhead was filthy, behind the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned with a thick layer of grime around the water line, bedsheets were dirty, walls and ceilings were filthy and roaches started appearing throughout the room as well. Hotel reeked of cigarette smoke with a no smoking policy. Vending machine and ice machine were both broken; cords looked as if rats chewed through them. Also a holding deposit with a higher cost than the booking itself is excessive. Front desk clerk was not at all shocked when I mentioned I did not want to stay there within an hour. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS

I’m so glad we chose this hotel—everything was wonderful! Special thanks to the front desk manager, Math, who went above and beyond to help us. It’s heart-warming to meet such genuinely kind people.

My boyfriend and i had our 3 boys (his 11 yr old and my 11 and 13 yr old) plus his childs 11 yr old friend and we had an amazing time. Felt safe and comfortable enough to let our kids eat up front by themselves. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Will be staying thete again when possible.
