The front desk attendant was polite. The building is poorly maintained, smells of mildew, and a very strong chlorine smell. The pictures online do not match the hotel at all. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, mattress was filthy, and the carpet had seen better days.

I asked for a non-smoking room. The room had a sign on the door that said Non-smoking Room. The room smelled like smoke, covered up by carpet freshener. Although the room appeared to be clean, the smell made it feel really dirty.

The room was clean and the staff was nice and respectful. The breakfast provided was good. BUT, we were there for 3 nights and no TV or cable. Kept being told that Comcast was having difficulties. For 3 nights???? 1 night I could understand. Pretty sad for over $100 a night. Pool was clean but heavily chlorinated and extremely cold. I would say the water temp was in the 60’s. We asked about the pool heater since it is an indoor pool and was told that it is only used in the winter time. I was very disappointed.

The room appeared clean as in the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. The TV did not work and the carpeted floor emitted a strong smoke smell. The staff was fine. I chose to only eat the prepackaged food that was provided in the morning. The property was in very bad condition, both inside and out. The lighting was terrible and the furnishings were in desperate need of replacement. I would highly suggest that Quality Inn corporate invest in upgrades to this property for continued success at this location.

Unless you're desperate, stay somewhere else!

This place is an absolute dump. I almost stopped to take pics on my way out, but didn't want to be in the room for an extra second. Upon entering the hotel, there was a bad odor, poor lighting, and just seemed really uninviting. The front desk worker was not friendly. The room. OH THIS ROOM. The chair was covered in stains and stunk and the desk chair was visibly worn down. There were stains all over the dust ruffle and let's just say they looked questionable. We were traveling home from Chicago with our two children and it was almost 2am when we arrived or I would have left and demanded a refund. I don't expect every hotel I stay at to be brand new and have tons of amenities, but I do expect it to be clean. I could barely sleep thinking about how dirty the room was. The sheets did appear to be clean but there was no mattress cover on the mattress.

I as to tired to drive the rest of the way to Chicago. Desk associate was super nice while I was checking in and went straight to my room and went to sleep. Room was clean, checking out was easy and had free breakfast. Safely arrived in Chicago

Dirty and unkept

This place is very dirty and unkept. It's also located right by the highway so you hear traffic all night. Beds were okay. Breakfast food looked undercooked. I would highly recommend going to the next hotel.
