The guy in front who checked us in was very nice. Just an overnight stay and needed something inexpensive and clean. Older hotel that needs some upgrades but over all it was very clean. And free coffee very early in the morning

Staff was and has been extremely rude and unprofessional to me. The manager named angel has screamed at my husband and was extremely rude to me when it was a mishap on Thier end. Then I was double charged for a room. Definitely not happy and will not be back

酒店回复: You both were already supposed to be on do not rent because of the incident you all caused last time you both stayed and wanted to leave the door open and play loud music at 3-4am. And then when I addressed the issue with you and your husband after several complaints from other guest that morning at check out you apologized but your husband had an attitude and acted like it was not big deal. We were trying to give you another chance with this stay. No one has been unprofessional to you. Yes, there was a mistake on our end the day before when the room numbers got switched. I called and apologized to you at least three times. It was literally a matter of if you were a check out or a stayover which we figured out you were a stayover but your husband wanted to get you all worked up about it and screaming in the back ground on the phone and I continued to apologize. At this time we still did not know that you booked 2 reservations with ******* under 2 different names. You never mentioned it and you are the only one that can go into your account and make reservations through a 3rd party(Expedia). We checked you in using the reservation you booked with ******* using the name you were already staying under. When the 2nd reservation(partial first name, completely different last name) was authorized that evening thats when you called the front desk and let him know that your card had been charged. Even though we can still charge for the no show since you did make the reservation and we held that room for you he explained to you that we would not charge for the 2nd reservation and that it was only an authorization and it would drop off once your bank releases it. Your husband came to the front desk this morning demanding the money be put back on the card and when I'm trying to explain that the bank now needs to release it he starts yelling, cussing and threating me and that's when I told him that I wasn't discussing anything with him. Once again you were not double charged, that pending transaction will disappear once the bank releases the authorization. The GM also explained this to you when you called after your husband made a seen in the lobby. You both are on Do Not Rent at this property.

Good for the price
This was a quick overnight trip with our family. We booked two queen beds. Per request for accessibility, we were given a room right by the handicap parking spots and wheelchair ramp, which was very helpful. The room looked like it had been updated pretty recently. There was a Q-tip on the floor next to one bed but otherwise the room was clean. The main door also looked like it hadn't been installed correctly; it closed fully at the bottom but not at the top. This could be a security concern, especially since the door is open to the outside.
The continental breakfast included cereal, light & fit yogurt, biscuits, some watery looking gravy, a waffle maker and a few other items.
Overall for the price it was a great deal.
There is also a fantastic Indian restaurant next door; worth checking out!

订到了不错的酒店，司机对住宿很满意，没有抱怨。
这地方有点吓人。有双面镜，泳池水看起来像坏死的组织。你自己看着办吧。
酒店不错，但我希望在住宿期间进行更多清洁工作，因为我大部分时间都会住几天
