A little dated, but very quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Convenient to restaurant nearby. Second time we have stayed here.

We picked this hotel for a overnight stay before we continued on to are destination. We picked choice hotels due they had washer and dryer, pool etc. All had NO operational washer and dryer, most were sold out of soda and ice machine es didn't work. Then we went for a swim here and it was closed for the season A INDOOR POOL...... never again!

This hotel was nice enough, and the room was big enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The biggest problem I had was that I specifically booked this hotel because it was one of the only hotels that had an indoor pool; however, when we got there the pool was ‘closed for the season’. It’s an INDOOR pool. The kids were super bummed.

Pulling up to the hotel, it is very outdated and run down. There were not any updates done to the outside and it was falling apart. The rooms were ok. Very outdated. Furniture was damaged. The bedsheets were clean though so that was a plus. Breakfast was pretty good. There are not many options around the hotel for food. One night while we were there, there were about 7 cops in the back parking lot around a car, that was scary. Most the inhabitants were truckers.

Found a guy sleeping in the laundry room on the floor at 6:30 am while trying g to get ice. Felt a little unsafe.

Hotel was in good condition but rooms need to be updated and breakfast bar was lacking.

Great spot to be close to school and not as high priced. There are nicer hotels, but they are 30 minutes at least from Presby. Looks dated and old on outside, inside is clean and gets you a nice night and breakfast.

Circuit room just because they had heated pools advertised on their website to get there and their signs on the door closed for the season what's the purpose of having a heated indoor pool for it to be closed for the season very disappointed
