I had horrible experience where we forgot our belongings.. but staff didn't suppoted in providing updates on returning back to hotel to know the status.

Tvs could be upgraded. Shower could give
more water. Beverages could be sold. Everyone doesn't drink sodas. Juice and snacks would be great.
Other than these things, everything was perfect. I slept like a baby on a cloud....

The room looked clean and nice but it smelled like BO. The outside of the hotel looks really run down. There was no staff at the front desk to check in. After waiting several minutes, I call the number for the hotel because no one was coming to the front. The equipment in the gym was broken or not working properly. And the breakfast was not good.

Staff were very friendly. Facility was very clean. Breakfast food was good. The only negatives are it has no sound proofing. You can hear everything outside the building, in the hall way, or the room next door. Because of this it made for not the best sleeping.

Room needs an upgrade and good cleaning. I found a roach crawling on the table. Could tell the room had not been vacuumed. Check in took long as no one at front desk.

The room was clean. Dated but in good shape. The hallway needs some work on the floors. Staff was great, friendly and attentive. Breakfast every morning and plenty to pick from. We would stay there again.

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis for business. What I like best is the friendly staff. Either Tiffany or Amanda is always waiting with a smile to check me in.
