Stayed one night on 9/23/25. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Sayre.
Pros: Quiet & Very clean. No dirt on vents in bathroom or on the plastic wrapping around the electrical cord on the AC unit. Appeared to have been recently painted or remodeled. This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. Service was excellent. Easy check in. Despite the non-smoking signs posted, the first room offered had been smoked in for a long time. Smelled strong smoke odor as soon as you opened the door, like an ashtray. However, the front desk switched rooms right away.
Cons: some rooms have been smoked in. The bed was on the firm side and needs to be upgraded as I could feel springs in the mattress in places. There is no elevator & no ice machine.
Breakfast was a little different than at other hotels as it did not include fresh fruit or the typical scrambled eggs or sausage or bacon. There were waffles, boiled eggs and sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, bagels, cereal & yogurt.

Initial room i was assigned hadn't been cleaned. No cups in the room for brushing your teeth. No ice bucket.

我们住在这里是因为这里有游泳池，而且照片上看起来酒店很干净。我儿子住在塞尔，所以我们订了带游泳池的酒店，方便孙辈们来玩。结果前台告诉我儿子，他们不能住，因为他们不住在房间里。
更何况游泳池很冷，桑拿也坏了。房间不干净，看起来收拾过，床也铺好了，但几乎所有东西上都积了一层灰尘。好的一面是床很舒服，房间里没有异味，也没有令人毛骨悚然的爬虫。
老板非常粗鲁，根本不乐于助人。他们家有蟑螂，而且根本不关心汽车旅馆的质量。我们一共订了三个房间，他们对我们每个人都很粗鲁，甚至不在乎他们扣留了我的借记卡。他们简直就是在骂我骗子，根本懒得去找。
一分价钱一分货。长途飞行疲惫不堪时，这款车很适合。请保持合理的预期。
前台的印度老板非常粗鲁，我告诉他我有两只流浪狗，而且他打电话告诉我两只狗要20美元，而不是一只！他说如果我不喜欢可以取消预订……开了6个小时的车，我拒绝了！这人会怎么想？他从不微笑，也不道歉，只是拿走了我的信用卡……我以后会住万豪酒店，而不是温德姆酒店。
这家店的老板非常无礼。我再也不会来这里了。顺便说一句，他不喜欢黑人
