Staff was great. It was crazy warm in the front lobby and the room upon arrival. TV service was out. Breakfast was pretty lackluster, and there wasn't anything I could actually eat. Not a bad stop if on a road trip.

The owner was the best part of our stay. The TV and receiver were having issues. The owner worked for two hours until he found a solution. I stay here at least once year and I gave a lower rating on the motel only because they are remodeling and repainting and there are things still to be done. This is a very gracious family, I enjoy working with them.

the we using a remote checs bill the I enterd did aTHE SAME AS when I entered the Others. I had just gone to the bank and knew exactly to the nickey how many $20 bill I had Still the remote check in guy equired ne to add $20 as as he claimed there was no way to put $ in and him not to know it. He also for unknown reasons charged me a $100 deposit claiming (i should get it back at checkut plus if they found an additional $20 I would get it back) so now my $97 one nite room is up to $217.
Lucily qa local manger ???bobby appeared and told me HQ did not show any extra Monies collected and I again explained it did not feel as though the device took the noney but the bill fell into the nachine, they could not open the kiosk til morning. Not much latr "Bobby" returned the "deposit plus $20 he found in the machine. Evidntly he contacted HQ and was given permission to open the remote kiosk and indeed found the $20 bill it was in the workings of the machine. Thanks & hooray to the local guy "Bobby" for taking ownership of the issue and following through. BOO to "talking head" ouf state handleing reservations for how many other locations in a manner not befitting this company. I know the need to keep down costs but in this case it is a failed experiment and I would expect the "remote check in checkout kiosk" to be headed to the dump.Don't even get me started on the crap w/ the kiosk when our only keycard was locked in. We have stayed here several times, as it’s moderately priced and close to some property we own at the lake. Never again! Waking up in the night to find roaches on the wall was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention to kiosk you now use to check in. To see the reviews that say the property has recently been remodeled is an absolute lie! They have to be creating fake profiles. Nope! Never again!

There were cockroaches in the room and lobby. ***** hairs in the bathroom. The bedding looked as if it had not been washed in weeks. This place is aweful

There wasnt a live person at the front desk, everything was done virtual. Then we got to our room and the first thing i noticed was a cockroach, then there was more of them, i walk down stairs and ask to be moved to a different room and they do i ask for a peron on site to meet me at the new room to make sure there are no bugs in this room and the first thing as soon as we open the door is another cockroach. I qas so mad at this point we grabbed our stuff and walked down stairs to resquest our money back. The virtual guy says i am so sorry of course we will process the return. I had to drive over 50 miles to the next hotel. I am very disappointed and will never stay at this place and i recommended nobody else to stay here either

Kick remote person check in…?…maybe I’m old school but I like to know there is a live person here if needed. The kiosk person said she could call someone if I needed anything…just weird to me.

看上去老板换成了印度人,房间也重新装修了过了,早餐的品种依然丰富。唯一遗憾的是保护区里雪雁的数量令人失望,还不到三年前百万只的十分之一。
没有电梯。员工很友好,乐于助人。床很舒服。价格也很合理。
