Not clean
First room I was in the ac was leaking on the inside of the room. Went to the front desk told the lady. She had to come check and see it before she gave me another room. Even though I took pictures and videos. Put me in another room finally. The second room the light kept shorting out flickering on and off. The floors looked like the place was flooded prior and the amount of mold on the shower curtain. Their white towels had black spots on them. The cleaning lady took my personal towels (a pink one and a white with pink bows) out my room. Had to go ask for them back and I got them back.

The water was hot and good water pressure in the shower. I didn't like the black mold on the shower walls, no ruubber mat for showers and the TV contrast was to dark so night scenes were totally black.

I love the staff how they make you feel like part of the little family and I'm not too crazy about the cleanliness of rooms

I would avoid this property in the future
The Front Office lady was quick and efficient without a lot of chitchat
When I walked into the room, there was a puddle of some kind of liquid right next to the bed. I put a towel over the top and wiped it off and the floor was absolutely wretchedly dirty. There was toothpaste and hair in the sink from previous hotel guests. The bathtub caulking was moldy. Even though I was in a no smoking room, the linen was riddled with cigarette burns that went straight to the mattress.
Luckily, there were no bedbugs that I observed, and the water pressure was very good in the shower

Total nightmare. There was no mattress cover, just a sheet draped over the mattress. The sheets were not clean; there was human hair and some kind of seeds in the bed. The top cover had numerous cigarette burns. The AC unit was filthy and blew dirty, mildewy air. There was such a draft around the door that when a diesel truck outside idled, the exhaust gases were noticeable in our room. If we hadn't arrived so late I would have left immediately. We cancelled the remainder of our reservation and asked for a refund.
