Thankfully it was quiet but the floor was cracked, smelled like ****. Coverlet had been holes and the walls were dirty in the bathroom.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
We checked in about 10:30pm that night after being on the road for 8 hours. We was sent to a double room when our reservation was for a superior king non smoking room. We were changed to a king room and was told all king rooms were the same there is not difference in deluxe and superior but one has a higher cost. We got in the room and notice there has been not renovations done on this hotel. The bathroom door would not closed . The floor and all of the furniture was dusty and missing handles. Because I had cleaning stuff I was going to try and stay. The bed was so hard and the sheets felt like gritty like something was growing on them. My husband was saying lets just go to sleep. Well we couldn't, the AC was loud. That morning we got up to take a shower and tried to dry off with the towels in the room and felt dirtier than we were before taking a shower. Lint from the towel was all over me and my clothes that was on the bed. I went to the front desk and asked if we could check out and get a refund for the remaining two days. She call the manger and he said that he would. I went back later to get a receipt to show and confirm the refund. I was told $177.04 would be refunded and only received $103.28. No one will answer the phone. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. This should not be advertised on this website . I hate I Didn't get picture as we were rushing to get to the event we came for.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, however I left and item in room 109 top drawer in the tv stand. Called the hotel to let them know about the item I left and asked if they could hold in the office for me. Was told yes, sent my friend who lives in the area to pick it up. When she got there she was told the item was not there, so I guess it was stolen by staff. So this will be my last time booking with them based off honesty and principle.

The staff provided misleading information regarding the stay details, leaving us feeling frustrated and misled. They displayed a lack of professionalism, as they were quite rude in their approach. On multiple occasions, they aggressively knocked on guests' doors to complain about various issues, including trash disposal. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they made unfounded accusations against guests, blaming them for incidents they did not commit. This overall experience created an unpleasant atmosphere that detracted from our enjoyment of the stay.
The experiment turned out to be a complete disappointment. When we arrived, the room was far from prepared for our needs. The bathroom was particularly unkempt, with hair scattered across the floor and on the sink, giving an impression of neglect. It was clear that the space lacked proper cleaning and organization, which significantly impacted our overall experience.
While I was taking a shower, the plastic nub that controls the water flow unexpectedly broke off, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature and pressure. It was quite frustrating, as I was already soaked and had to figure out a way to deal with the situation.

Property was in a shady area. Lots of people just strolling through the parking lot. Empty beer and liquor bottles all over the parking lot. The man working the front desk was shocked that he booked this room online. He said “white people like you don’t usually stay here”. Then he also said “we will give you the good room, we put whites on the front side of the building and then all the others on the back side”. Then we asked him if it was safe here and his response was “eh, haven’t had anything in the last couple weeks so you should be okay”. Got a non smoking room but it still stunk of cigarettes and febreeze. We checked into the room, saw it, changed clothes, and immediately went and got a different hotel.

I broke out because of bed bugs arms legs
And i sent a message and they refuse to respond to AT LEAST give half my money back. Yall didnt clean the sheets thats nasty
