Unhappy Customer
The purpose of my trip was amazing. My method of stay was terrible. The rooms wasn’t clean, The sheets was full of holes, no blankets on the bed, nor did they have towels. I had to go to Walmart to buy towels to take a bath. The facility didn’t even offer soap and toothpaste. The hotel was just disastrous and I didn’t enjoy my stay there at all

The property is very conveniently located off the freeway. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the cleanliness of the room and other facilities, and the convenient parking options. Thank you. However, the telephone in my room was non-functioning due to an apparent previous damage to its wiring. Also the remote control for the television was missing the cover for the battery area. Staff should be carefully expecting rooms after each guest departs--looking for damages or missing items--BEFORE the room is rented out/made available to other guests. Also, the lighting in the elevator is unreasonably dim; a brighter bulb is needed. Other than that, all is else went well.

The room that was advertise online was not the room that I walked into granted I did choose smoking due to pricing. But the room was so ran down that I didn’t even sleep there, I’ve been in other smoking rooms, and they didn’t look as ran down. When you walk in the room the wall near the bathroom had smeared dark dirt marks all over it and it’s not the one the bed is attached too. The bed closest to the door has stains on the sheet as if someone had previously slept in the bed. The radiator shield was cracked and missing pieces over the vent area. The second bed had would appeared to be cigarette burn stains on the comforter, I was so upset and displeased with the condition of this room, I went to the front desk the following morning and asked to change my room. Yes, I said the following morning no, I did not spend the night at this room. I actually left, but when I left, I went to work so I could not stop at the front desk when I went to the front desk the girl reassured me that she would change my room and she gave me two queen beds on the non-smoking side of the facility now when I walked in the room appeared very clean and fat they had just what looks like mopped the floor cause the floor was wet so I was very happy with the appearance of the room, the cleanliness the way this floor smelled all of the above. I left for a few hours and returned back to the room, there was a very strong mold and mildew smell, I immediately checked out & went some where else.

We got the Cheech and Chong room...
We had car trouble and had to find a room quickly to stay thr night. We requested a non smoking room. Apparently that only applies to cigerettes. The room smelled so stronly of **** we had to buy air freshners to stay in it. Also the in room coffee was awful. Otherwise it was clean on the surfaces.

It was dingy and had an off smell to the room. One of the beds had a leaf in the sheets. The exterior door didn't feel very secure, so we didn't feel safe. I didn't see that it had exterior doors or i wouldn't have booked there. The outside walkway lights are so bright coming in the window that is like trying to sleep in the middle of the afternoon. We heard all the movement above us and had a family letting kids run around on the landing being loud. Then, there was train tracks right across the street. A train came through late and had to blow is horn through all the crossings. The horn blew at least 5 or 6 times.

Needed a place to sleep for 1 night. booked it and it was non refundable so I stayed but Eww never again. Walls were filthy. The sheets had stains so I slept in my own blanket I purchased.
