Room very dirty and had roaches. There was a roach in my drink yesterday but I thought maybe it was the restaurant I ordered from till just now 12/125 at 3:40am. I just turned on my lights to go to the restroom and it’s roaches all on my cup!

We left the property. The hotel was very dirty. The room they gave us was occupied by someone else. We did not feel safe. We left immediately.

The room smelled like mold , the carpet was dirty, the bed sheets skirt had a stain on it.. there was unknown black spots on the walls by the fridge… there was no other room available. I request a two bedroom a month in advance

The hallways smell terrible. I’m assuming it’s because the rugs look like they haven’t been cleaned since they got them. Now I was on the 3rd floor and I’m not sure about the other floors but it was absolutely nasty. I wouldn’t dare walk on that floor bare footed even with socks on. The customer service was a 10 out of 10. Makayla was amazing and very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathtub needs to be upgraded but clean. Overall I rate this stay a 6/10

The 2 ladies I mainly dealt with at the desk were AMAZING! The room, however, was terribly humid at night, and I encoutered a couple bugs in the bathroom. When I accidentally took garbage to the wrong receptacle, the GM, who saw me head the wrong way, instead of just stopping me, followed me, and then proceeded to tell me where to go, after I'd already put the trash in that can. Not okay. Its never okay to follow a woman like that. I was not happy. When he came to my room about the air, I told him I was fine, and I wasn't comfortable with a strange man coming in my room while alone. He gave the "I'm the GM" excuse as a mark of safety. Kitchen but no dishes? I only booked because of the kitchen.... But never got to use the stove since there wasn't pots and dishes and three microwave was severely rusty!! If you paid for the kitchen you expect some dishes to be accessible!!! Tourist aren't travelling with pots, pans and dishes!!!
Washer and dryer are too expensive!
Worst extended stay over ever visited.

The young lady at the desk kept a positive attitude. We ended having to change rooms twice. The first room the bathtub was dirty. It looked like someone shaved their whole body in there. The second room was really nice and the toilet stopped working. We talk to the young lady at the front again and she tried to get the toilet to work but she said she had no choice to move us again. We moved to room 132. We went to our event and came in about midnight. I woke up about 10:00 and tried to call the front desk to get an extension and te recording came on that the front desk personnel was unavailable. I called back and received the same message. I then called the phone number listed on the phone in the room and received a live lady. I asked her if I could get a late checkout and she said the latest checkout she could give me was noon. I thanked her and we hung up. We were in the process of getting ready to leave the room anyway but just wanted some cushion time. The phone rings in the room and I answered it, the young lady simply wanted to know when we were leaving and I told her I had called and received a noon late checkout. She tells that I couldn’t have called and spoke to anyone because she was the only one on duty. I saw well my husband heard me call and speak to someone. She was persistent that I couldn’t have spoken to anyone and we would need to be out the room by 11:30. When we get everything packed up and I get the desk I asked immediately for the manager number to repor
