I was unable to stay after they did not have the wheelchair accessible room available that I had called ahead to ensure was available. I paid ahead of time, got the insurance and am being told I cannot get my money back.

I liked the area because there's lots of stores and restaurants, but i want stay here again because we stood in the waiting room 20 minutes because no one was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. There was mold and mildew in and around the tub, especially to the top of the shower head. The floors in the room were dirty and looked like a mop haven't touched them in months, and socks were under the bed, who knows how long they've been there. Will I stay here again? No way I can do better and so can you motel eight.

Attendant would be better described as pet tolerant instead of pet friendly. The only thing he got excited about was charging me for the pet fee when he saw the pet. No plea

Nice remodel in progress, and clean rooms. Breakfast was very basic, cereal and waffles. Staff was friendly and responsive. The room lacked a place to hang clothes.

Very convenient. Room was poorly equipped. No place to hang clothes, no hangers, no hooks, no closet. Hall way was lined with mattresses, looked terrible. Son and wife rented a 2nd room, they are profoundly deaf, tv didn't have closed caption, office staff checked it and said they couldn't help. We switched our TV with theirs.

The cleaning smell or something set off my asthma. Essentially no breakfast..no juice. A few pieces of bread for toast, cereal. Assume you could make a waffle. About 4 pieces of fruit. Also no elevator so had to carry suitcase up stairs.
