The room has stained sheets and comforter. The pillows were worn out. The saftey door latch was broken and the bed itself was not comfortable.

Clean room-recent updates. The bed was clean and comfy. Bath was spacious and clean. There was a lot noise from upstair and outside doors banging shut...highway traffic noise as well. With the aid of ear plugs I slept fine.

yes room was very nice and clean staff was very nice, little hard to understand. only bad comment I have is they should never put customers in a room next to young children, the young child was screaming and cry alot

The room layout is kinda small.. and the sink is outside the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and clean. The room phone was dirty and outdated. The mini fridge rattled a lot and the hallways needs updating. The elevator was a little nerve racking as well.

My teenage daughter and I (41, male) stayed for only one night, thank God. Our first room was shocking how terrible it was. The sheer curtains offered zero privacy from the outside and were shredded and in tatters. The room smelled dingy and weird. The bed cover, sheets, and pillow cases were all stained, wrinkled (did they even change them), and had someone else's hairs in BOTH beds. The shower drain was broken and sticking half out of the drain. Our second room (after I asked for another one) was equally disgusting except it at least didn't smell. The bedding had big stains, the door didn't close and latch unless you put your whole body weight into it (I'm a 190lb man and it was tough). My daughter and I decided asking for ANOTHER room would just be more of the same and I didn't figure I'd get a refund if I tried to leave. Our solution was to sleep fully clothed in the hair filled and stained bed. Neither of us slept well. I honestly haven't seen a big chain hotel room this bad in over 20 years! 0/5 do NOT recommend.
