The room was not clean, there was a half used bottle of hotel shampoo in our shower, and the sheet didn't look clean (it may have been stained though). My baby walked around for 5 minutes without shoes and his feet were black. Also a bolt/screw or whatever it is called that goes in door hinges, fell out of the bathroom door. Also the rooms look nothing like the pictures.

DO NOT STAY HERE
We originally planned to stay 3 nights but after 2 hours there, we decided we would not stay another night. The rooms seemed “clean” but the bathroom coming has water damage and send it could collapse any minute. The TV was staticky on every channel. There were people outside walking around all night. And to top things off, I was eaten up by bed bugs. Bites all over my body.

I stayed the Saturday night after the hurricane and although no power or water it was a safe bed for the night. Massive thanks to the management team, a lovely couple who feed us and looked after the handful of people onsite in this very difficult time. As an Aussie this showed true USA spirit. Good luck with rebuild and getting back to normal.

Im waiting for my money back, i made the reservation for my husband that was on his way to work for the hurricane relief, was tired and need it a place to sleep, they let make reservation .. he had to drive 40 min out of his way to get there and find the place closed!

Give them credit
I travel quite a bit (single with my toddler.) I felt safe at this hotel. No creepy people hanging around .
Typically rodeways arent known for high quality ,but i will give this one credit. I guess in past couple years they remodeled and upgraded their rooms. They are nice, clean,newish. They aren’t the taj mahal,but neither is the price
If you need simple,clean ,comfortable for a night or 2 this is a good choice

My first night, Sunday, there was a dead ant under my comforter and stains on sheet. I told front office and they sent out a housekeeper to remove and replaced with clean sheets and comforter.
At other hotels they always removed the trash and replace towels. Not here, I had to ask( Monday evening)and the guy at front desk was not in a pleasant mood about it. He came to my room and gave me clean towels but would not take my trash and he said “that will be taken care of tomorrow.” The next morning, Tuesday I told the first desk if they could service my room and she looked at me weird and said “Ya”. Which they did when I returned that evening but I decided to leave Wednesday morning instead of Thursday.
The location wasn’t ideal. Noisy from traffic and there seems to be people that stay there regularly or call it their home and I was cat called numerous times.

Had a reservation for a 2 queen non smoking room. It was not cleaned because the staff had to leave early. So they put me in a 1 king smoking room with no soap or shampoo had to wait almost 30 minutes before they brought it to me. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Definitely not what was pictured on their website
