This is a older property and could use a little TLC. It was clean and comfortable. Staff needs to focus on the small things i.e. there was no soap for the shower or sink. Only 1 washcloth, trash can in breakfast room overflowing.

The check in process was terrible. The front desk attendant was clearly not well trained and struggled to check us in. Once he was able to locate our reservation he stated that the card reader was not working for the hold on the room. He ended up waiting for a call from the manager to correct this. Check in took 45 minutes. I am still waiting for the release of $250+ on my account that I was charged for the room, which I had paid for through *******, as well as additional holds for each time he attempted to put a hold on my card. Building was poorly maintained. Only 1 key card worked but you would have to unlock the door several times before it would open. Other guests were having the same problem. Not sure why we had to register our vehicle when there was clearly individuals sleeping in their cars in the parking lot.

The room smelled very strongly of bleach and chemicals that it triggered my asthma. I had to open the window and door to try to air it out. The smell was coming from the bathroom area. The carpets in the room had debris (food crumbs) on them and there were areas of the carpet coming off. The halls also have carpet coming off. Definitely needs a renovation. Not coming back.

For breakfast you could hardly consider it. The only fruit was oranges and they sat there rotted. Milk expired.zero protein. Not even yogurt! Sad!!

I was here to run a conference. The best thing about this place is the remarkable level of customer service and amazing employees--the finest I've ever encountered. Otherwise, everything is broken, closed, stained, or missing. Shame on the owners for letting the facility degrade to this degree.

The bad: When we arrived, there was no running water. We were not informed of this ahead of time . We were not informed at check-in either. The key to one of our rooms only worked half the time. The pool had some clumps of what looked like hair at the bottom. The gym was out of order. The desk chair in one of the rooms was in bad shape and too uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was very limited to mostly carbs and fats. Only protein was hardboiled eggs and yogurt. The staff was cordial but inhelpful with all the problems.
The good: very comfortable beds.
