Was there 4 nights , had to ask for clean towels / washcloths, no housekeeper, trash overflowed, and “free breakfast” was toast, waffles and cereal.

Sheets were absolutely gross. Sticky stuff and weird stains on everything had to sleep with no covers

From the minute I walked in, I was already "greeted" with an attitude from front desk personel. The bottom of my feet were black from how filthy the floor was in my room. There was blood splatter on the bathroom walls and burn marks on the side of the tub. The quilt was paper thin. When Igrabbed a blanket rolled up on the cubby, it was soiled with urine and excrement.stains. The cleaning lady took it away when i complained and never brought me a clean one. The tv hardly works with only 3 channels, the pool advertised had a large dirty tarp over it

淋浴间没有洗手液。吹风机坏了。只有一个座位。床上的被子比床单还薄。加热器无法保持设定温度。早上8点早餐就没什么可选的了。第一次分配的房间钥匙打不开,直到前台工作人员检查后给我们换了房间才能进去。只有一个单杯咖啡壶。
本可以更好,真的可以好得多。房间有股怪味,而且暖气升温很慢。
闻起来像 Sigarro,我要求一间无烟房间。
