The bed was good the pillows were horrible the ice machine went off all night and I was on the bottom floor hopefully next time I stay I will be on the top floor will be more quiet and I will bring my own pillow

Not Good
My first room had mold in the refrigerator and microwave was nasty. The shower was dirty and the smoke detector was hanging by wires and not working. They changed our room. The lady at the front was very nice and apologetic.
Our second room was a little better the refrigerator was loud and the ac was horrible.

Staff was unapologetic when it was discovered that a pool is not available for use for Guest. The manager said “show me where it says that we have a pool.” I had to pull up the listing on ******* and show her as proof. She replied that the pool had not been working for five years, even though it is listed as an amenity on Expedia‘s website.

Nothing to whine about. Expectations exceeded. Was delighted at the room. Clean, comfortable and up to date. I was impressed.

Extremely dirty and outdated. TV barely worked, screen was fuzzy. Breakfast was a joke!

We had no hot water in our room and breakfast was less than desirable had to take refrigerated eggs and sausage and reheat them in microwave

Great staff and hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of choices provided for breakfast. I understand that an economy hotel can’t provide everything, but all of the “hot food” items provided had to be cooked in a microwave. The only non frozen hot item was the waffle machine. I will definitely stay here next year when are back in the area, but I will be better prepared for breakfast.

OK, but suffering
The hotel was completely booked up with FEME in town for hurricane work. The hotel was overwhelmed, and housekeeping suffered.
This hotel is advertised as having a pool and a fitness room, but both are out of operation. The breakfast is extremely limited and doesn’t even have decaf coffee.

The staff is always friendly when i come, everything is always clean, and if there is a problem in our room the staff responds quickly and accomodates us.
