With the idea to be improved, room do not was clean as expected, I asked for non smoking room, I received I room with the smoke alarm broken, the room has a strong smell to tobacco and may be another kind the of substance.

Front desk was horrible, his name was Sam P. He did nothing to help our room was not in condition to be slept in, no outlet covers, no working lamps, the fire alarm was unplugged and wires hanging out of ceiling, broken furniture and the AC unit was leaking so bad our floor was covered in puddles of water. We were told because we didn’t request to leave within 15 minutes of arriving and because there were no other rooms available we did not qualify for a refund or switching rooms.

Neglected property. Room lamp shades all missing. Light switches did not work properly. Furniture damaged. Drawers missing. Everything run down. Truly an awful experience.

The bathroom was very nice with fresh, clean panels in the shower and what looked like a new toilet. There was no problem with the refrigerator. The sink just outside the bathroom was good but cracked. Then there were plenty of things that needed improvement. The blanket was dirty, old, and had cigarette holes. The sheets were clean but had holes too. Three of the four lamps had missing shades. One of the cabinets only stayed shut with cardboard inserted. The furniture was really old, and I would not sit in the dirty chair. The air conditioner worked but was really dirty. The advertised breakfast consisted of free coffee, but if you wanted anything else, there were only vending machines. I stayed there three nights, but they never even came by to pick up trash or check anything. I would not stay there again.

Sheets on one bed were noticeably dirty. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. Smelled an awful lot like cigarettes for being a non smoking room. 2/10 wouldn’t stay there again.
