The lobby smelled like dirty mop. The parking lot is very small and can’t accommodate guest parking at night (after 11pm). The rooms lighting was extremely dim.

Most horrible hotel ever
Breakfast was not good at all. They only had orange juice and the machine wouldn’t work. The oranges didn’t look ripe. The condiments were not refilled, the trash was full.
The pool was extremely cold and small.
Parking was minimal.
Fist rooms smelled like trash. Receptionist was so rude and had an attitude because I kindly asked for another room then began to speak to her co-worker in another language.
I had to swipe my card multiple times because she forgot to take the deposit.
You had to ask for room service, which I did. We got a few new towels but bedding wasn’t changed, trash wasn’t changed, toilet paper was refilled.
Shower handle was broke. We had to wait until the next day to get fixed, room phone didn’t work and was never address as I called and advised, shower had multiple broken wall panels.
Had to go get my own toilet paper as I was advised housekeeping wasn’t in. I was advised of the same for additional towels & wash clothes.
The sofa bed was sunken in.
The microwave smelled disgusting.
Staff was not friendly. People rarely spoke except for one young lady at the desk.
Drawers were dirty, bathroom wasn’t too clean. I went to the store and got Lysol wipes to clean everything.
Curtains had holes in them. Light with turned on but don’t know what it worked. We had to manually turn in most lights.
We sprayed the bedding with tea tree oil.
I’ve stayed in many of hotels and I could not believe this nasty place.

Just an ok stay…
Staff was pleasant, but rooms are very dated with the bathtub peeling. I also had to request that the bed linens be changed as they smelled like urine. I’ve also been itching since my stay.

You won't be disappointed
The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I wish they had bacon though. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again

前台工作人员非常热情友好!酒店很干净,房间也很干净。我们只住了一晚赶飞机,强烈推荐这家酒店。
我的房间很脏。沙发和地毯上布满神秘的污渍和污垢。吹风机融化了,无法再使用。浴缸里装满水时,淋浴器一直发出很大的哨声。提供的抹布上有头发。更不用说游泳池正在“翻新”,而这正是我预订这家酒店的主要原因之一。酒店位置最不方便,必须穿过社区才能到达卡车司机危险停车区的后面。我拍了照片给工作人员看,他们说我会拿回我的钱,但我还在等退款。再也不会回到这家酒店了。
