Other then the expensive deposit and the guy at check in that acted like he didnt want to be there it was good, nice breakfast, most of the counter people were nice room was decent size, and beds were comfortable. The only big complaint is the wifi and the smell of pot. My kids had to use the my hot spot the whole time because we couldn't connect, something about the ip address not being found. Complained to the front desk but it wasnt fixed. As much as i paid i would have liked wifi but it wasnt meant to be.

Improvement Suggestions: Shower could be improved with a larger shower head & more water pressure. More insulation overall as noisy next floor above my room.

Staff was courteous, however my room had no towels. I called the front desk for the towels but instead of sending someone up to get them, I had to change my clothes to go back downstairs to get them. In situations like that, they should send someone up to the room since it was their mistake to begin with.

我的房间很脏。沙发和地毯上布满神秘的污渍和污垢。吹风机融化了，无法再使用。浴缸里装满水时，淋浴器一直发出很大的哨声。提供的抹布上有头发。更不用说游泳池正在“翻新”，而这正是我预订这家酒店的主要原因之一。酒店位置最不方便，必须穿过社区才能到达卡车司机危险停车区的后面。我拍了照片给工作人员看，他们说我会拿回我的钱，但我还在等退款。再也不会回到这家酒店了。
