The rooms had thin walls. We could hear people next to our room talking all night and hear people above us walking on their floor. Never been in a hotel where you could hear so much.

I have a decent breakfast at the hotel. Hot tub and pool were clean and in working but only 2 hot tub jets that worked and they’re weak.
Clean hallway on the 3rd floor with fresh linens scent was a plus. Our room with mountain view was quiet, clean and well kept. The bed and sheets were clean and in great condition. We’re well rested. Thank you!

Overall, the hotel was a nice stay. It was conveniently placed, so everything was within a 10-15 minutes distance of the hotel, there was plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. The downsides were that the bathroom shower didn't drain as fast as the water came out so you were standing in a puddle, the hotel breakfast was not worth getting up early for (the waffles were pretty good, but don't waste your time trying the eggs), and the spa was cold (was supposed to be set to 102, but was told it is cold because they needed to cycle the water because of how many people were using it). With that, I also felt as though the spa really should have been age restricted (like at most hotels) because I had multiple very young children continually splash water in my face to the point I had to get out because my eyes started to burn from the chlorine. The sign that was specific to the spa said anyone under 16 could use the spa as long as they were accompanied by an adult (which these kids were) but the parent never once told their children to stop splashing me. I have absolutely zero problem with children having fun and splashing around in the pool, but I feel the spa is meant for relaxation only.

Meh. Room was clean but somewhat dilapidated. I could hear the person next door snoring and the person above pacing. Signs all over the hotel saying what guests should not do (“guest should not” / “do not” / “please do not”). Offputting. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Wouldn’t stay again.
