Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Possible mold on bathroom wall. Nobody replaced our towels or made our bed over the 4 days.

The room was very clean, and smelled good. The night staff that checked me in was great! He was so friendly and even gave my service dogs some treats. The breakfast was amazing, oh, and the bed was absolutely amazing. Even better than my bed at home. I was very comfortable and felt very safe. It's also conveniently located right off the freeway.

Friendly staff. Nice room, pool, hot tub, exercise room. Close to restaurants and free breakfast. What’s not to like.

Initially we got keys from somebody's room, and later got recommendation about dining, but cafe was not working on Mondays :(
很不幸的是，我们预订房间时，没有人告知我们泳池和热水浴缸无法使用。我们选择这家酒店就是冲着它的设施来的，结果抵达后却发现有些设施不能用，这让我们相当失望。

真是个好地方。床很舒服，环境安静，早餐不错，员工也很友好。唯一美中不足的是，没有办法遮挡停车场钠灯透过窗户照射进来的光线，只有一层薄纱窗帘。光线太亮，影响睡眠。
酒店干净整洁。我们能听到隔壁房间电视的声音，隔音效果可以更好一些。酒店很棒，员工非常友好，泳池区域也格外干净。下次还会入住。非常棒！
