INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS!! BEWARE. I paid $109 for a room, only to discover there was a bedbug infestation. I was absolutely mortified. Towels looked used, bed sheets had spots, and I saw over 3 bedbugs on the floor and one on the bed itself hiding in the seams. When I alerted the front desk about my discovery, I was REFUSED a refund. I had to go to an apartment showing the next day and was unfortunately forced to pay for $60 uber on my credit card because I used the last of my money on my debit. Use extreme caution when staying here, you run the risk of taking bedbugs back home and being refused your money back. I threatened him with a health department inspection,l and he still refused. Would give 0 stars if I could, will be reporting them to the health department promptly today. this place should be condemned. The owner and management should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely disgusting.

This place was great for 1 night stay. We had ground floor room the Wi-Fi was not the best but served the purpose .Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast had waffle, toast,bagels,muffins,cereal,fresh fruit, coffee teas,and milk. Juice machine was broke but everything else was good. Would stay again

This place is dirty l, old and out of date. The rooms furniture is all broken. Breakfast was old stale cereal, the ice machine was broken and leaking water everywhere. Water would soak your shoes as you walk through the lobby. No one cares.

The only thing that separates this 2 star hotel from a 1 star is the beds. The hallways smelled and were dirty. Our tub was dirty. There was filth on the bathroom door frame. You can hear the people above and below you. People were noisy in the middle of the night. Kids were running down the hall screaming. The only reason we stayed was because we were committed with a reservation. I am losing faith in Wyndham Hotels. A hotel can be cheap and still be clean.

Traveling cross country with my son we needed a place to stay and chose this as a stopping point for the night. Very disappointed with the outside appearance, and even more disappointed as we went inside. Men behind the front counter was not very helpful at all and the hotel needed upgrades all around. Noise in the hall and adjacent rooms throughout tonight. Did not try any breakfast there, so I cannot comment on that. That check out the same man who checked us in was vacuuming in the hallway by the front desk did not stop did not ask us how our night was just kept vacuuming as we stood there, and then turned our keys in and left.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculate and the bed and bathroom linens were spotless and of good quality. Both beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. We were pleased with the breakfast that was provided, as there was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from. We appreciated the hard boiled eggs as well as yogurt (good protein choices). The manager responded quickly to any questions we may have had regarding our room. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and did a good job around the facility. The hotel is very close to the Interstate, so it’s easy to get around and about. Overall, this is a good stay and a great value.

我和爸爸在速8酒店才住两天,清洁工还没打扫我们的房间呢。真是太可惜了。
和汉堡的其他酒店相比,性价比绝对不行。除其他因素外,这可能是由于我通过旅行社预订了易北爱乐音乐厅的门票,这导致了不成比例的高价格 - 而且座位在舞台后面(!)!房间很小,家具也比较简单,没有柜子,没有水壶,房间里连一个玻璃杯都没有。厕所没有通风,相对较小的电梯在高峰时段被堵住,按下外面的按钮就会导致电梯上下,没有为新客人留出空间。 甚至在退房时间之前,有些客房的卡就被封锁了。一切都显得拥挤,该地区缺乏绿化,不太吸引人。 广告错误地说“中心位置”。对我来说最大的不便是要步行很长一段路才能到达轻轨,而且很难找到,尤其是在黑暗中。行李必须搬上一段又长又陡的楼梯。这极大地限制了短途旅行的可能性。自助早餐安抚了很多人的不满,真的很丰富而且很好吃。
