Room was clean. However, bathroom door would not close, had to wedge wash cloth between door and frame to keep it shut. The sheer section of blinds had rip in them. Hotel needs some refurbishing.

Our tv didn’t work. They brought us another. That one didn’t work, so they brought us another that finally worked…the night before we checked out. 😏
The shower curtain rods are curved. Shower basin is straight so every time someone showers, water gets all over the floor.
I’ve stayed here a few times before and it has definitely gone downhill.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Rooms are a bit run down and could have been a little cleaner but bed was comfy and it was quiet.

I booked a room with two double beds and a pullout couch. When I pulled out the sofa bed, the springs were missing at hold the foot of the bed and the support structure for the mattress was on the floor. This was a known problem, there were broken zip around the bed frame from a previous “fix”. I called the front desk, he was nice, he told me a maintenance person would be up to take a look. I moved the sofa bed around and found 3 of the 5 springs under the couch. This makes me question how well housekeeping cleaned the room, they would noticed the springs if they cleaned under the couch. The maintenance person never can to the room. I ended up going out a buying air mattress to ensure we had a safe bed to sleep on.
The over all cleanliness was poor, hair in the bathroom, ripped window curtains and a dark stain on the duvet cover.
Over all would not recommend.

Upon checking, we were given room keys. We attempted to get into our room three times, each time the keys were recalibrated at the front desk. On the third try, the front desk attempted to lock in the door, and it still didn't work. The attendant used the master key and it worked, however the keys for us still did not. We were completely turned off with this and the agent promised to give us a refund which I will be following up on now. The room was also filthy and clearly had not been cleaned and the pull out couch was missing the mattress. You will see we reserved a room at another hotel and have arrived comfortably.

All of the maintenance was deferred the hot water burned us every time we got into the shower. It was horrible upon the smell, walking through the hallways where someone must live there and cook their dinner breakfast and lunch in the upper rooms. It was horrible. I hated the hotel and I wish I never Stayed there. I would not recommend this to my enemy.

No the place needs a definte update. And each evening some one was cooking with lots of garlic as the hall was full of the odor on the second floor. Staff was nice and check out was easy.

Hotel has the amenities you will need, however, it very much gives more of a motel than a hotel. The rooms smell of mildew with clear water damage in bathrooms. The doors to our rooms also wouldn’t close/open properly without extreme effort. Good for a short quick stay, but would not recommend if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room.
