My family and I stayed at this hotel and were very happy with everything. The lobby was very clean and furnished beautifully. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. I always look at the lobby when entering a hotel. If the lobby is clean and presentable, so should the rooms be. When we walked in our room I couldn't believe how spacious it was. We had a double bed and a pull-out couch. The bathroom was clean and presentable and had extras of towels, face cloths and soap. The beds were comfortable and not lumpy and bumpy as some beds I've slept in were. Even the pillows were comfortable. Infact, I asked the woman at the desk where they purchased thier pillows from and she said "Oh if we have extras we sell them. We have two different kinds, hard and soft, if we have extras which would you prefer?" They had extras!!! Don't let me forget to mention breakfast. There were two woman available during breakfast to get extra's, to refill components, and just have conversation with the guests. The food was amazing!!! Eggs were made fresh, scrambled and DELICIOUS!! Those two woman go over and above preparing breakfast. LADIES YOU ROCK!! When I go back to Tennessee again, trust and believe I will be staying at that hotel.

Nice room, but lacks service.

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows and good parking. Service was spotty. Our room was never serviced, we had to go to the front desk and get fresh towels every day. One or both of the room keys did not work every day. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, another trip downstairs.

So So hotel, horrible breakfast... loud motors

Hotel was very old, fairly clean, however.. it is on an off road vehicle trail head and most of the occupants were there for that.. loud side by side motors running and racing in parking lot early in the morning and late at night.. Hotel never mentioned this in booking... breakfast was HORRIBLE...The rate I paid for this hotel was RIDICULOUS

The breakfast was good and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our air conditioner didn’t work good one night but otherwise our stay was great. Very accommodating !!

Third party reservation service stated they had a pool. They do. But it has been out of service for QUITE a while. Main reason i picked it ver other was pool. Beds were super comfy though. Good water pressure. Staff was very nice.

When we arrived ac was not on in our room(Aug) really hot and didn’t work well took 4hrs to even get comfortable to sleep.

Room was also in the front with lights blinding drapes don’t close all the way and no one told us there was black out curtains that were hidden. Basic hotel breakfast

Pool closed over growth , stained bug residual particles . Very itchy skin all night . Breakfast ok . Air conditioning took all night to cool off room . Only fresh coffee in the morning.
