Overall the property was in good condition. There was a hail and wind storm the week before our stay and thee were broken windows taped to prevent more damage but not necessarily safe.

Friendly, helpful service. Clean room and breakfast area. Parking is very easy, close to entrance and room. Pet friendly. Have staued there a couple and times and would stay again.

This property recently had a hail storm so there is some work being done. I am impressed how they are trying to keep things picked up and clean for the guests as they do the recovery from the storm.

I upgraded to a handicap accessable room, thinking I was getting one with a walk-in shower, the we got had a tub that was supposed to handicap accessible. Yes the Toilet was, bars for assisting in rising off the toilet, there was a bath stool, but the bars that should be in a tub for a handicap individual were not there, there were bars on the inside on the back wall but not a hand handle to use while stepping in and out of the tub. I'm a very cautious person but not everyone is, those bars need to be added. I am not happy I paid an upcharge for what to me felt was not an actual handicap tub.

Not up to standards

The most run down Country Inn and Suites I have ever been to. Sparse decor. Strange smells, countless doors propped open with fans going in the rooms (?). Hail damage to the property. There was a paper on the wall in our room that said “Do not touch”. There was a hole beneath under the paper. Suggestion - fix the hole before you assign the room to guests. Bathroom paint was peeling.

We have stayed here many times and the quality is always excellent. The hotel is constantly located clean and quiet. The staff is accommodating and always makes us feel welcome! I highly recommend this hotel!!!
