Lots of good parking right outside of front lobby. Friendly staff, and very good compimenttay breakfasts.

The room was clean and when I asked for additional towels they were provided. I think the room should have been cleaned every two days instead of every three days.

温德姆似乎觉得,给酒店贴上“温德姆绿色”的标签,就等于原谅了他们完全缺乏基本的客户服务。如果温德姆真的关心我们的环境,他们就不会把房间里的每个纸咖啡杯都用塑料袋包装起来。他们也不会在自助早餐时把每一片面包、贝果或糕点都单独用密封袋包装起来,也不会提供用独立塑料袋包装的塑料餐具。
这显然是温德姆的贪婪,而不是温德姆绿色。如果你作为客人,喜欢在他们的酒店被完全忽视,那是你的选择。我不会推荐这家 Microtel 酒店,以后我会避免入住任何温德姆酒店。
客房服务不足
我住了5晚,客房服务人员没有进房间补给、倒垃圾、更换毛巾。我多次上门服务,也多次致电前台寻求服务。我多次去前台要干净的毛巾和咖啡包。为什么我住了5晚,客房服务人员却不来?
住宿体验很棒
我们遇到的所有酒店员工都非常友好且乐于助人。房间干净安静。套房宽敞舒适。酒店位置便利,附近有多家餐厅。我只希望床是特大号的,而不是大号的。
我被告知原来的房间已经住满了。他们只是想给我换一间没有无障碍淋浴的房间。房间里没有沙发。
床上有头发,水槽里有霉菌。前台两次通知需要打扫房间,但都被忽略了
