Easy to book and easy to check in. The staff was helpful and friendly. When I got to the room the remote had no batteries but after visiting the front desk she quickly resolved the problem. The bed was comfortable. It was a nice stay but the carpet had many stains and some long hairs were left on the shower wall. Not that big of a deal, but 5-stars to me means a perfect stay. Keep up the good work.

The keys for the door constantly failed to work. The TV also never worked. Reported to staff, they reset it but didn't fix the problem.

The hot tub is STILL broken. Has been for YEARS!! The lady at check in didn’t tell me any additional info such as breakfast hours, wifi password or that I needed a separate key for the pool. Also, the handicapped room is all the way down the hall. It was a long walk for my disabled daughter.

Average hotel. Old fries behind bedside table. Told maid and reception but took until next day for them to be cleaned.
Odd procedures. Dirty towels removed no clean towels provided. One day pillow slips just left on bed.

The property advertised ethernet and wifi in each room. That is a bold faced lie. This property is good for business travelers that work from their phone. I needed to work from an ethernet connection and wanted to have a good birthday time for my son. I arrived and we had to check my room and another room for an ethernet connection and there was none nowhere except in the business center which required me to move all of my equipment downstairs and lug it back up. The wifi kept going in and out as well. My son finally ended up running his PS5 from the hotspot on our phones. This was a total inconvenience based on false advertising. Additionally, while my son would have enjoyed the pool I would have used the hot tub - which was taped off with yellow caution tape as it appeared to be out of order. The previous ratings raved about the breakfasts as well. The breakfast on the very first morning of our stay was great, thereafter - to make a long story short we either had cereal or ate somewhere else. While most of the staff was amazing, there was one that behaved like she did not like her job. I should have been partially refunded for the false internet advertising and was not. This hotel is NOT for the consummate professional or family outing. This is for the truckers or traveling contract workers that simply need a placer to lay their heads temporarily.

The breakfast you enjoyed more than one day, and the hot tub is listed as being out of service on all booking platforms. Your son game did get connected to the wi-fi once he proceeded with the extra security measure that was setup for his game.

Nice Hotel
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service by staff was excellent. Downside was that the pool was not ready when we arrived. I believe the 2nd day it was finally ready but a bit disappointing.
