Nuestro personal está capacitado para llevar de inmediato cualquier objeto olvidado a la recepción, y lamentablemente, según nuestros registros, su cámara no fue dejada en la habitación. Entendemos lo frustrante que debe ser y lamentamos no haber podido recuperar su artículo.

The desk clerk who checked us in was unpleasant and told us we could not have a ground-floor room although I requested it when I made the reservation because my husband is handicapped. We finally were put in one of the first floor rooms opposite Bldg. A. Other staff members, especially Grandma Vi, were delightful. The plumbing didn't work in our room, but someone came with a plunger to take care of it. The vinyl plank floors in the room were not clean enough to go without shoes.

This hotel is in serious need of attention. There were dirty sheets laying in the hallway, the public bathroom was filthy, the rooms smelled and were not clean, the doors to the hotel were unlocked, the breakfast was unacceptable, the ice machine and jacuzzi were broken. I would never stay at this hotel again. Should be taken off the ******* list.

No tp and look out hole stuffed
Awful. Checked in, went to room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. There was, however, toilet paper stuck in the eye view in the door so people couldn’t see in. Went to go lay in the bed, sheets were still dirty with hair. I’m sure this room was never cleaned after last guest.

My wife called at 8:30 pm on Sept 25th to ensure our reservation was valid. We arrived at 10:15 pm on Sept 25th and was told we did not have a reservation. I had the printed copy from *******. The receptionist lied and was untruthful. We got our money back and at midnight found another hotel. Stay away from this property!

Walked in room was somewhat clean but had a bad odor.
Found a trash can full to the top of the previous guests trash. Gross. Staff needs to be in some sort of uniform as you could not tell who worked there and who did not. Could be a little more professional.

booked two rooms days before arrival, paid in advance. when we arrived at 9pm to check in, we were told that they over booked and they did not have our room. there were several people in line to before us and they were told the same. every hotel / motel in all surrounding areas were full. no vacancies anywhere.

酒店内部还不错,但外面看起来有点让人望而却步,也比较破旧。工作人员很友好。房间和床看起来还可以,但已经很久没有彻底清洁过了。
我不建议这样做,因为他们对你在酒店遗失的任何东西都不负责。我把我的360度全景相机落下了,他们却不肯归还。我不知道他们酒店里都雇了些什么人,一点也不诚实。我确实把它落下了,因为我把它捡起来扔到摩托车头盔上,然后就没再归还。后来我意识到了,跟他们说了,但他们只是绕圈子。
这绝对比我之前住过的地方好多了。一切都很完美。工作人员很友好。房间很干净。热水浴缸和泳池很棒。我没什么可抱怨的。
