The room and hotel was outdated but very drity. Stains on the walls and floors, the smoke detector wasn't connected, wires hung from the wall. Mold in the bathroom. I left the property upon viewing the room. Lost my money but a lesson learned

Property is tucked in the mountains. Each treehouse, or glamping, they are spaced far apart for privacy. Each includes a hot tub. Online check in and check out. 4 miles from Hot Springs, and lots to do and see.

Beside the sound of the TV in the lobby (my room was right next to it), the room was quiet. The AC worked well and kept us cool, and with my dust allergies I not acting up I could tell the beds were cleaner than most hotels I have stayed at.

At check in they told me no shuttle was available for my husband at 6am, that’s the main reason for choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle. Get to the room and the AC was OFF! Like to took our breath away it was so hot in the room. Went to the bathroom and it had an moldy mildew smell
