There was a lip balm container next to bed when we got to the room. The ac/heat fan on high would vibrate. Rest of the room was acceptable. Was very quiet in the motel. Staff was very friendly.

The bathroom could use an update or at least a new tub and shower. The outside looks like it could use some cleaning up of cigarette butts. Everything else was good.

Even though it has been decades since smoking has been allowed inside the building, the wing my room was in smelled smokey & inside my room as well.. It was night & day when I turned the corner.

Guest services came & sprayed the hallway & gave me a can of air spray to keep in my room. That made a world of difference.

I liked that I was given a choice of first or second floor. We were able to conveniently park close to our room, which was appreciated. It’s clearly an older property. The window isn’t insulated very well and we could hear vehicles and voices outside and in the hallway. Our room was clean but there were dark brown stains on the flat sheet and the cover over the comforter that we noticed when they were pulled back. Teresa at the front desk was great though. After looking at the picture I took of the stained bedding, she immediately apologized and grabbed new ones for me. Housekeeping needs to step up their game for sure. The air conditioning worked well and I found the mattress to be comfortable even with my painful back. The price was right so I can’t complain too much. Would I choose this motel again? I might because Teresa was great.
