I paid for the room up front on *******. When I got to the hotel, they asked for a credit card, which I assumed was for incidentals. Nothing strange there. But here we are three days later and they charged the room to my credit card. So I’ve paid ******* and the hotel for the room. When I asked the hotel about this, the manager wasn’t there, so I asked when will the manager be in tomorrow? The answer was, I don’t really know sometime he gets in at noon, sometimes he gets in at three, I’m not sure. What? Get up to my room, and the entire sink and countertop are covered in quarter inch beard hairs. It was gross. I went to bed and got up the next morning at seven, because continental breakfast was 6 to 9am. Here’s the options: hotdog cut down the middle in halves, empty containers for eggs and bacon, teeny tiny bagels, and two different types of cereal. That’s not the picture they show on their website or on *******. I asked the front desk is there more eggs and bacon, his answer… No I don’t think so. One hour into a three hour breakfast window all that were left were the hot dogs, teeny tiny bagels, and cereal. That was my stay….

Room was clean, bed was ok. Room had a musty smell, I brought spray though. Breakfast was very sparse. There were 7 of us and they had 4 pieces of sausage, maybe 1 cup of milk(they refilled), a small amount of bacon, no oatmeal. I would stay again just not plan on breakfast.

Great stay at Garner
Breakfast was great. Monica the desk clerk was friendly and very gracious. Room AC was nice and comfortable. Room were excellent clean, large tv, and very safe environment.

Overall the experience was ok !! Hot lobby and hallways. Rooms were excellent. Had to struggle to get the TV on because their Internet was out.
Walked down from the room for breakfast at 6:55 AM on September 14 and waited till 7:30 AM. No breakfast no Employee no attendant. Had to leave in frustration. They had a sign upfront that the employee will return in 10 minutes.

Don’t bother, you will be disappointed.
The hotel appears to be updated, however, service and amenities are severely lacking.
Apparently a large number of construction workers use this hotel as a base and they leave their dirty work boots and socks in the hallways.
We reserved a queen room and got a full. Our refrigerator stopped working and we had to throw all our food away. We notified front desk our toilet wasn't working on day 2 and never got any assistance. Breakfast was posted from 6:30-9:30, by 7am the breakfast was completely empty and never refilled. When it became empty, it seems the front desk clerk would hide so he would not have to address the situation. on the 3rd day we went down at 8am, and found the breakfast empty again and the front desk clerk was actually there, he said you are quite late did you want something to eat? Again, breakfast was posted 6:30-9:30, but no food. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was for cleanliness.
