Was here for business and this hotel did not meet expectations for a good stay in Ruston. The room was not the best condition. Burn holes in the blankets and stained pillowcases and sheets. Iron leaked water and ironboard couldn’t even stand. Bathtub was dirty. Sink water only ran warm. Fridge had an old STINK smell so I did not use it. There was no breakfast. One night, three guys were sitting in front of the hotel smoking and the smell filled the parking lot. The day of checkout, the staff called me at 9AM to ask if I was checking out at 11AM?? Then called me at 10:30 to rush me out of the room? At 11AM, two ladies knocked on my door to ask if I’m leaving. I’ve never experienced this at ANY hotel for checkout. When I checked out, I was told I couldn’t get a receipt and the staff (Gia) was very rude and unprofessional. I rate this hotel a 0/5 if I could. Would never recommend this anyone.

This was a great stay. I would have given everything a higher star level if the bathroom has the Dove dispenser for toiletries that other properties provide. Also, if they had firm pillows and extra hand towels on check-in. In all fairness it was a last minute reservation.

The room was fine it was a non smoking room but had holes in the sheets and covers like it was a smoking room. The housekeeper walked in our room twice Saturday morning and ask could she clean I didn’t understand why she came to our room but that part was creepy.
