I woke up at 3:45 a.m. to screaming coming from front desk area. My room was just around the corner.
And then about 5 a.m., I heard washers and dryers in laundry room right across hallway from my room.
I'm a 66 year old female and was traveling alone and did not feel real comfortable.

The lobby and room were a bit dingy and dimly lit upon check-in. Musty smell in room, not bad, just not fresh. Breakfast did not look appealing.

We booked and entered at 3a because of a family emergency- the person at the desk was less than friendly, never made eye contact and confidently and almost enjoyable said "no refunds!" when we said we might not need the second night that we booked before we understood how bad our emergency was.
Hallways smelled like smoke and there were no coffee cups in the room with the coffee maker and packets.
No extra pillows or blankets that are usually available, but perhaps I'm thinking of a higher end hotel.
We slept through the breakfast hours.

This hotel was disgusting. We checked in late at night and noticed our rooms smelled like cat pee and mildew. My colleague woke up with bug bites all over her legs, which immediately became a health and safety issue for us, as we were concerned that there might be bed bugs. We attempted to check out immediately that morning (one day early). The front desk attendant told us they would check us out and refund our card for the unused nights. After a week with no refund, I called the manager (Daxa), who told me they would not be refunding me and that I should not expect a clean and safe experience at a Quality Inn.
